Las Vegas is a fantasy land, located near the border of Arizona and California, about 450km from the city of Los Angeles. Las Vegas is the most populous city in Nevada and its name means “The meadows” in Spanish. Many of the hotels and resorts have shopping arcades associated with them. There shops are very upscale and the prices are sometimes steep. Even cars such as Ferrari are on sale at some of these places. The shopping centers on the Strip are more expensive that the markets in the Downtown area or outlet stores located far away from the Strip. Credit Cards, ATM cards and cash are usually accepted in most of these shopping centers.
