There is a wide variety of different places to stay to suit a huge range of budgets in Las Vegas, to begin looking for accommodation in Las Vegas click the banner above to search the best Las Vegas Hotels with a best rate guarantee and you pay the hotel direct. Below we list a few that we have found and great palces to stay in Las Vegas.

Resorts are what Las Vegas is all about! There is a never ending list of choices for hotels to stay in, including high end, luxurious resorts to the low budget economy style inns or hostels. As a traveler, it all depends on your budget with rooms ranging from $20 to $20,000 per night.

Another way to choose the hotel is by the reason for your visit. If you are going to attend a wedding, sports game such as poker, football or golf or maybe even shopping, you may want to choose different hotels that have such amenities. Many hotels have nightclubs and casinos attached to them. So it may be easier to stay in one of them instead of being out at night strolling along the streets. Some hotels offer free transportation shuttles to casinos, shopping centers, etc. It will be worth comparing the rates and amenities before choosing a place to stay. If your children are traveling with you and they will be at the hotel with a baby sitter or nanny while the adults go out, it may help to get rooms at a hotel like the Mirage which has many attractions inside the compound itself to keep the kids occupied all day.

Four Seasons Hotel does not have a casino, but it is admired for its good service and quiet atmosphere. Also, some of the rooms have a nice, panoramic view of the Las Vegas strip. Bellagio is an Italian style resort with several nightclubs, casino and an excellent shopper's paradise. The Venetian and Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino are also good choices for families as well as couples. The Red Rock Casino Resort has a nice view of the mountains and is away from noise of the Strip. One of the oldest, Caesar's Palace is still one of the best choices in Vegas.

While choosing a hotel or resort, one thing to keep in mind is the reason why you are visiting Las Vegas . If you like noise and lights and is in the city to gamble or take the children to have fun, and then choose a spot in any of the hotels on the Strip. The rooms are priced from $25 - $25,000.

If you are in Las Vegas to enjoy the natural beauty of the Sierra Nevada Mountains or to go trekking or rock climbing, then choose a hotel or inn away from the city and you will be able to save a bundle.
