Las Vegas is situated in a desert valley. So the summers are pretty hot when average temperatures may go to the hundred degrees Fahrenheit or over. On summer nights, the temperature may dip to the seventies.

During the months of July and August, there may be sudden thunderstorms. Winters are mile and the temperatures may stay in the sixties most of the time. Snow fall is rare but freezing temperatures are bound to occur a few times a year in winter (Dec – Feb). The best time to visit Las Vegas is Spring time (March – May) and Fall Season (Sep – Dec). |
